André Juillard in Madrid: dedication and exclusive pictures of the event

What many of us Blake and Mortimer fans thought of as a mere, unlikely-to-happen, wish has come to reality today: one author of such classic comic series has visited Spain, where I live. More specifically, whe have been lucky that it is André Juillard, who participates today and tomorrow in the 'Jornadas Comiqueras' organised by FNAC in Madrid's centric Callao Square. I have attended this afternoon's dedication session (tomorrow at 7 p.m. in the same place Juillard will also take part in an open conversation on History and Adventure in French Comics, and dedicate once again at 8 p.m.; you may access the complete schedule here), taken pictures of the artist dedicating his albums of So British heroes and The Seven lifes of the Sparrow Hawk, and spoken to several fans while we were lining up to briefly chat with Juillard and get some Blakes and Mortimers drawn by him.
